We have always paid the right attention to environmental issues at the Hotel L ‘Approdo and every day we adopt good practices in the management of the hotel and in carrying out our business in order to minimise the impact on the environment.

This is why we rely as much as possible on local products and suppliers, not only in the kitchen but also in the choices of daily consumables. We also make water distributors available to customers and we are pleased to honour them with an eco-friendly aluminum water bottle, significantly reducing plastic waste.

But a green holiday can be recognised not only by safeguarding the environment, but also by healthy eating: for this reason our cuisine, so loved by all customers, is based on very fresh products at Km0 with a great respect for tradition and seasonality.
