The restaurant of the Hotel L’Approdo “La Bitta” expresses a cuisine capable of combining the Tuscan tradition, linked to the territory and local products, with a choice of dishes attentive to the needs and multiple expectations of customers, accompanied by a selection of well-kept wines, with particular attention to the excellence of the area.
For dinner, hotel guests can always includes a choice between four starters and four mains with a constantly renewed offer for lunch and dinner based on fresh seasonal products.
In the lunch menu we pay particular attention to the lightness of the dishes, with a selection of dishes with balanced nutritional values, to enjoy the holiday in full well-being.
The “a la carte” menu offers tailor-made solutions for customers every day, in perfect freedom, with dishes that are never too elaborate and always attentive to the authenticity of the dishes.
In July and August, as is now the tradition of Hotel L’Approdo, our Chef offers, once a week, a buffet of typical products of the Maremma cuisine, both meat and fish.
But our Chef is also always very attentive to the needs of his kids guests and daily prepares an ad hoc “children’s menu”.
Vegetarians and vegans will enjoy a dedicated proposal, prepared with great attention to the freshness of the raw materials and their taste.
Our kitchen provides solutions for different food intolerances with particular attention to gluten-free diets. In fact, for years the restaurant has been affiliated with AIC (Italian Celiac Association) and offers attentive and quality service to satisfy celiac guests.
